• The day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for providing online support via email, phone, and chat.
• The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.
• Must deal with day-to-day POS transactions, solving errors/issues with invoices and any other technical glitches.

Job Description

• Excellent English communication skills (Written and verbal)
• In depth understanding of TCP/IP LAN/WAN networking technologies and troubleshooting
  techniques.
• Experience with configuring business-class firewalls and VPNs
• In depth understanding of wireless technologies.

Requirement

• Candidate should know about Remote Desktop / virtualization technology.
• Candidate should know about Networking Topologies.
• Understanding of network protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN and
  VPN.
• In depth knowledge of following concepts: Load balancing, failover, Cloud Computing,
  Network Security.
• Ability to solve desktop/Laptop related issues independently
• Must have hands on experience with Network equipment's i.e router, switches, modem, access
  point, bridge, firewall.
• Monitoring skill to check the network performance and troubleshoot problem.
• Can able to work independently.

Good To Have

• Any networking Certification.
• Hands-on experience with devices like Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Sonic Wall, Ruckus.

• International outbound Sales Process
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Working from customer lists and/or databases, making outbound follow-up calls to client’s existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products and service contracts.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• Emphasize features and benefits of represented products/services, provide accurate quotes, and determine appropriate escalation points to provide solutions to customer issues.

Requirements and skills

• English language proficiency is a must
• Willingness to work in Night shift (USA shift 9 AM – 5:30 PM EST)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Fast learner and passion for sales
