  • Freshers to 6 months of experience
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide online support via email, phone, and chat
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to our clients
  • Manage day-to-day POS transactions, solve errors/issues with invoices, and address any other technical glitches
  • Monitor CCTV systems as provided

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Networking
