We are looking for a smart, presentable, and organized Front Desk Executive to handle reception duties and provide administrative support. The role involves managing calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally.

  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls.

  • Handle mail, couriers, and general inquiries.

  • Maintain the reception area and office supplies.

  • Support admin tasks like scheduling and data entry.

  • Experience with HR Admin and HR Assistance.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and office management.

  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
