We are looking for a smart, presentable, and organized Front Desk Executive to handle reception duties and provide administrative support. The role involves managing calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors professionally.
Answer, screen, and route phone calls.
Handle mail, couriers, and general inquiries.
Maintain the reception area and office supplies.
Support admin tasks like scheduling and data entry.
Experience with HR Admin and HR Assistance.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when needed.
Requirements:
Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and office management.
