- Freshers to 6 months.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: Night Shift (5 working days)
Requirement
- The day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- The Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for providing online support via email, phone, and chat.
- The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.
- Must deal with day-to-day POS transactions, solving errors/issues with invoices and any other technical glitches.
- Monitoring CCTV
